As someone whos never previously used a storage unit, the folks here were kind, and made the process very easy to commit to. Almost never had a reason to visit the office, and Ive not noticed any of my things suddenly disappear, which was easily my biggest fear while renting one. The only issue Ive had is with the rent prices. Never had I complained (out of necessity), however it was definitely a struggle when the initial rent raised by about $50-$75. Was about a year and a half in, and had JUST got an apartment, so it for sure put an unexpected strain on my finances. Prices were "fair", of course, just an unexpected increase.
Otherwise, everyone there deserves a raise. If Im going to pay any company more than $200 for a 10x10, it should go to their hardworking employees. I came in on 02.28.2026, whoever was in the office at 4:30 this day deserves praise, I would be upset if he didnt get it :) ... Read more

I can't say enough about Extra Space Storage on Spencer St in Las Vegas and their exceptional employee, Craig. Craig was polite, genuine, and sincere in wanting to assist me with my storage unit. This was a situation that really stressed out.
In a world where customer service is basically non-existent, he went above and beyond; followed up, returned my phone calls, and even made sure I went online to secure the proper storage unit, and waited until the system on his end refreshed itself so I could see it show up on their website. We stored our household goods here at the beginning of September (2024) while waiting for our pickup as we were PCSing to Hawaii. They were super understanding despite our move being so sudden.
