I can’t say enough good things about Extra Space Storage on Sahara. From the moment I walked in, the place was spotless, secure, and surprisingly welcoming. Not something I usually expect from a storage facility, but this one is a cut above.
Kevin was the absolute highlight of the experience. Friendly, professional, and somehow both laid-back and totally on top of things. He walked me through all my options, answered every question patiently, and even found me a unit closer to the elevator (huge win). No pushy sales tactics—just genuine, helpful service focused on what I needed.
His manager (wish I caught his name) was equally fantastic: efficient, sharp, and clearly running a tight ship. He checked in to make sure I was taken care of without hovering.
The facility itself is immaculate. Climate controlled, great lighting, secure access, carts always available. I’ve used other storage places in the past that felt sketchy or neglected. I genuinely feel like my belongings are safe here.

I wanted to take some time out of my busy schedule and highlight one, key employee at Extra Space Storage who, in my humble opinion, really stands out from the rest when you're comparing the other competing managers within the same type of industry.
Anna Acosta (store manager) at the Sahara and Monte Cristo storage location here in Las Vegas, NV was easy-going, polite, knowledgable, and above all else, a pleasure to do business with. Her attention to detail and knowledge of her field afforded me the ability to get my storage unit quick and seamlessly, as she understood my time frame at that given moment and could was definitely see I was pressed for time - yet still made it happen promptly.

Called Early 3/17 for information regarding a small inexpensive storage unit for seasonal items. The Gentlemen said they had exactly what I needed, a 5x5x8, perfect for household items. He was patient and walked me through the registration process. Wednesday, I went to the W. Sahara location, where I was greeted by the front desk manager, another Gentlemen. He reviewed the procedures, even provided a map.
The facility and ground area, immaculate and well lite. The storage unit had a welcome note! It really doesn't feel like a storage facility. It has a drive-in area to park your vehicle and unload. Great!

Today was my first day walking into Extra Space.. After finishing signing my lease.. First Impression is that the building itself is very clean.. convenience is there as well when it comws to driving.. from the bays they have available to the elevator access and the units is well organized..
Ashley was friendly and gave me a walk through which I very much appreciated!! For medical reasons I requested something close to the entrance so I don't have to walk too far.. and I am happy to find out that I got a pretty decent location..

I was a former customer with Public Storage and had never had a great customer service experienc where I felt I was being appreciated and valued. Not until my interaction with the Extra Storage excellent employee "Anny" did I experience efficiency, courtesy, respectful, professional, attention to detail where she makes it a point to provide expedited follow up, but also answers and returns your calls.
