My move out was great. I was assisted by Sarah who was kind, welcoming, and ensured that the move out process was smooth. I give her 10 stars.
What was concerning was the rental increase that you see every 4 months (three months at the starting price and the increase would be applied to the following month). I used their facility from November 2025 to September 2025 and they increased $80 each time. I even moved out of a larger unit of theirs to a smaller unit of theirs to save money but it was just too expensive so I moved out. Another office staff woman advised that they may be able to waive the increase once you see it but don’t share that they have to ask another party and asking will result in a “No” with no explanation on why it could not be waived…Sad.

This place is clean and well kept, I’d recommend just for that!

This Extra Space Storage has been the BEST experience with a storage facility I’ve ever had in my 51 years of existence. Sarah, the manager, is always so kind when I speak with her and easy to work with when I’ve needed to either add a unit or combine and get a bigger one. In fact, she gave me the idea to get the bigger one, which saved me a little $ and gave me more room! It’s so nice to have good people to work with and trust watching over my stuff on the daily. I am so happy that I choose this storage facility. The manager, Sarah, made move in easy and seamless. At a time I was losing my home unexpectedly and she took the worry about where to put my stuff and it will be safe and accessible. Fast forward about a year of easy and convent access to my belongings . The building is always super clean and cool temperature no matter how hot it is outside. It’s never crowded and carts and elevators are steps from my car. I have had friends tell of stolen property at other places in town. This place is secure by design and the staff treats the building and it’s contents as if it is their own. I don’t have to worry because they are doing their job. I did fall behind and my unit almost went to auction twice. Sarah worked with me so I didn’t lose all my non replaceable stuff. I would have been crushed. Bottom line.
