Rented a truck from Penske in Central Valley California, for a one way, I get a call the day off to tell me they didn’t have the size at that location I had selected. I thought wow you just found out. Anyways I said ok maybe my fault for expecting more out of last minute rushed situations. Then lady on the line offered me a bigger truck which I wanted, for the same price, free upgrade. Lady on the line out of Fresno was so pleasant, friendly yet very professional and accommodating. Then I come in contact with sales lady at the storage In Enterprise; that Lady on the line out of Enterprise was so pleasant, friendly and very professional and accommodating. We hang up, eventually i arrived to the storage place and then couldn’t find my unit so we go across the street to a bigger storage area, go looking around and I’m like I’m asking the Ppl inside. So I go into office and the lady there from enterprise was so pleasant, friendly yet very professional and accommodating. Man o Man! I will be using them again 100% it’s not a coincidence that in two different areas far far away, it’s just a coincidence. Perhaps but I’m willing to bet my whole weeks pay, that they have high expectations and believe that all employees should love their job then they’re happy, like where happy milk comes from lol USE EXTRA SPACE STORAGE I GIVE THEM A 10/10 for customer service. Was guaranteed my rent would not go up by much at all. It ended up almost doubling went into Office. They magically dropped it by 30 or 40 bucks then recently decided to up by 50 bucks or more was lied to a misled. Wouldn’t recommend this place!! Update: not very impressed with my second visit to the facility. While systematically it was easy to transfer units the actual process was made very tedious by their faulty equipment. For starters the light sensors only work from one Direction so have fun moving your stuff in the dark (see photo) unless you're willing to have to continuously backtrack or take the long way and come from a certain direction as the staff suggested. To top things off the door closest to where I was transferring between units only work 25% of the time with my code... When reporting this to the staff they acted as if the light were fine and I should have known and the door didn't seem to be a big deal either. I believe I was dealing with the assistant manager at the time
So far so good. Between Nate the guy booked the unit with over the phone and Courtney the site manager I have nothing but good things to say. I started my journey in the New Orleans area & moving to live with my son & his family in Las Vegas. I called many storage companies prior to my departure. I then spoke to Courtney at Extra Space Storage at the 6545 West Warm Springs Rd. location. Many other locations did not have the specifics I needed in a unit. Courtney's assistance was very understanding of me moving across the United States & the stress I was under with my move. Courtney was able to accommodate the exact unit I needed. My son secured the unit for me until I arrived. I met Courtney face to face on 4-6-25 & had a very warm welcome to the facility that is immaculate. The completion of the paperwork was brief. I was then given a tour of the facility where I viewed the unit. My unit was very conveniently located & also climate controlled. I have to give Courtney's customer service a 10********** review. 1st off. They are very upfront with cost just ask.
Excellent customer service! Much thanks to Courtney for helping me with all my questions, changing of units to accommodate my every need, adding on units, finding the push carts, and helping with all storage needs. The staff here is great! They check on the units frequently through out the day.
If the main door is locked, don't panic, call the number and they will come back to help you.
The facility is clean, well lit, lots of parking. If you find anything not working or not well, tell the staff. They are great at helping!
Prices are very comparable and reasonable!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! This was a last minute request. I needed space the night before. So I called and got the best rate ever. Paid less than $75 over the phone for processing. 1st month free. My contract was emailed. I signed and received code in less than 5 minutes. When I got there, I THOUGHT I forgot to bring a lock. But the lock was provided in that fee I paid. Andddd this company’s access time is the latest I have seen.
