Read some helpful reviews of StorageOne Self Storage at 720 Sandy Ridge Avenue, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Tasha is a rare find in this world where most businesses are in the business of staying in business. Not long ago businesses were genuinely and sincerely in the business in helping their customers. My mom needed a storage unit, and my sister found Storage One and found Tasha. When my mom needed a smaller unit, Tasha reserved a smaller one for her, but went the extra mile to assist her by laying out the timeliness so we was wasn't paying for two lockers in the same billing cycle. I worry often that my mother, a senior citizen, gets taken advantage of because she was a product of the Greatest Generation. She, and her generation, still believe in genuinely helping others, if for no other reason than the fact that the Golden Rule is still their standard. The world is not all unicorns and rainbows, but occasionally you run into people like Tasha who shine a little light. Thank you, Tasha, for your sincerity. ... Read more

WOW, I wish all my interactions at businesses were pleasant as the one I had with Tasha at Storage One on Sandy Ridge! Tasha knew what she was doing and so friendly. On top of that, as I was packing in my new storage unit, I noticed her working hard to keep whole place spotless. I told her the elevators looked cleaner than some of the strip resorts. I wouldn’t be surprised if she owned the place, I wish I had such pleasant and hard working employees when I used to own my business. ... Read more

The storage facility is new and clean. That is the best I can say. Management is terrible. You are unable to use carts without leaving an ID at the office and they are often not available or closed during regular business hours. They leave a sign on the door that says closed, running errands and they’re gone. It’s not the same time every day and it has been multiple times when I’ve been there. You can’t get a cart, and you can’t use the bathroom without a key from the office. When they are gone, you’re stuck. Parking is very limited. I did try to speak with them about possibly having a regular time during the day that they are out of the office to run errands or go to the bank so that people would know ahead of time whether or not they would be able to get a cart. They were rude and, not interested in accommodating their customers. ... Read more

Chris and Sue, the property managers are amazing. They made me feel welcome, showed me around the property and to my unit. They both took their time to explain everything I needed to know about using the facility. Sue even offered me water on this extremely hot day! I am so glad I stopped in. Great service and clean facility! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at StorageOne Self Storage - 720 Sandy Ridge Avenue include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Air Cooled, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by StorageOne Self Storage - 720 Sandy Ridge Avenue start from $59 and can go up to $409 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
