Read some helpful reviews of Twice The Space Storage at 7950 Market Place, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Absolute garbage customer service and communication. They took over from the other company and didn't inform me or apply the credits I was supposed to have for prepayment because the woman "mismanaged" it in their estimation. The VERY FIRST time I heard from them was by *registered letter lien notice* because even though they kept getting bounced emails back, it was "too much of a burden" to call or send a letter that they had taken over and were completely overhauling the policies from before. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars in fees that I shouldn't have accumulated because they find phones too burdensome for business. Then they tried to charge me almost $50 for lockout and late fees because *I paid for months in advance* and they A) Didn't charge me for the full amount, and B) Didn't actually put my card on file to charge what they needed to on time. So, I have to pay even more fees because they can't be bothered until way past the fact. The communication and customer service here are absolute garbage. I've never dodged or tried to get out of payment in the 5 years I've been at this location. And the only storage unit I have ever had a problem with is this specific company--for however much time they're here since this is at least the 4th company to take over this specific location. Don't go here. It isn't worth it. ... Read more

Outstanding value...well worth a few extra miles and still conveniently located. Ana is an angel and provides top notch customer service. You won't find a better deal in Las Cruces; I know from experience. ... Read more

This place is affordable and secure. The manager is amazing and just a very good person. The type of person that makes you feel good for bringing your business there. Kind, responsive, responsible, all of the above. If I ever need storage in Las Cruces again, this will be my first call. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Twice The Space Storage - 7950 Market Place include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 360 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Twice The Space Storage - 7950 Market Place start from $40 and can go up to $150 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
