I’ve been a customer since December and it was a very easy process to get my unit even on a Sunday which was very convenient. Arcadia the property manager helped me with my account when I was having issues with my payment. ... Read more

Criminals. I was the only person on my storage unit contact. The lady at the office told me she let someone else in because she knew the unit number…… One. She broke the law. She straight up told me she’s not allowed to let anybody back To the units unless they’re on it. And she said I trusted her, so I thought it was OK. That’s the first big issue. The next is even crazier. Two. The lady who went to my storage unit stole everything and closed the unit. She was an ex Who did not have permission to be there since I was the only one on the storage unit contract. It was set to be done the 8th of February. They didn’t call me. Email me. Nothing. They let her in. She stole all my stuff and then they closed it 3 weeks ago! As I confronted them about it they were very distant And security camera footage will not be available because it deletes after one week apparently so I’m completely screwed out of all my stuff I had in storage. A lot of it was sentimental items from my daughter that I will never have back They know they messed up and are being extremely vague and unprofessional. The lady who is there currently was not the one who allowed the individual to steal from me, but she did call her and as I was leaving, I heard her say when you’re alone, call me asap. ... Read more

So I just spent the last two days moving my friend out of her unit because she was given 2 days to vacate her unit but WASN’T GIVEN AN EXACT REASON WHY. She should have been given 7 days. But instead was given 2 DURING A NATION WIDE EXTREME STORM mind you. It was FREEZING. She had just paid her storage but was told they might not return her money for the 28 days she won’t be occupying the unit. That is ridiculous. The manager at the Pan American location is highly unprofessional and unreasonable. Shameful employee. Mind you I’ve rented from there before and it was always a good experience and the manager was great then. So I know the difference between good and bad management . But giving only two days during a winter storm with freezing temperatures is just ridiculous and unreasonable ... Read more

My name is Angela, I'm using my hubby's Google account.?? This place is wonderful! Compared to other storage places, this one is a much better match with our wallet, heh... The staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds are safe and secure, and the units themselves are great - - I was happily surprised to find that we even have a light in our storage! ???? I would definitely recommend this place for folks needing a storage unit. ... Read more

They don’t care about existing customers. Rates are ever increasing and never retroactive in your favor only theirs. The people that work there are nice but I don’t think the actual company cares at all. Save your money with some place else. ... Read more

I've got a climate controlled unit here. Oddly enough they blocked off the only parking where you're not in the way for someone that lives on property. That person also takes up two parking spaces which is stupid. Makes no sense. The gates here are messed up alot. They'll just constantly open then close and let doing it. Rates are fair to start then they increase every couple months. They claim that they keep the rates the same as other storage facilities in the area. That's a lie. When my unit rates were extremely high and I was told that I actually called other storage areas and got their rates..... Nobody was close to that high. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at RightSpace Storage - 4620 Pan American Fwy include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by RightSpace Storage - 4620 Pan American Fwy start from $44 and can go up to $370 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
