I had Isleta self storage as my storage unit for the last 2 years and they were absolutely amazing! They are also the most reasonably priced storage I could find close to home. I really appreciate everything they helped me with and if I ever need another unit I 100% will come to them! I highly recommend them! ... Read more

This is a very bad place to take your things to get stored.3200 Isleta Blvd SW. My stuff got ruined from all the dirt and rain from a leaky roof. The manager Deborah was very rude and unprofessional. She didn't care that my stuff was destroyed and told me to go somewhere else. I rented a 10x10 and I paid a administrative of 10 dollars and 3 months payment ahead of time. I was told there were no refunds and she couldn't do anything about it. She said I should have covered my stuff and put plastic on all my things. I called the owner in Santa Fe NM and left numerous messages but never got any calls back. This went on for a week so I finally had to take my things out and tried to salvage what was left. I lost out on 3 months of payments plus getting my stuff ruined. Please stay away from this place because this might happen to you. What a nightmare I had to go threw. The manager was very unprofessional and should be fired. ... Read more

I chose this storage facility because it was close to home - from the very first, Deborah was extremely helpful and fun - and she went above and beyond when I had to change units due to expansion - I pay my rent in person when I am in town so we can have a short, fun chat otherwise I call her and pay by phone and we still have a fun, short chat. The entire facility is clean and well maintained and the security is good - and privately owned ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Isleta Self Storage - 3200 Isleta Blvd SW include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
