It was a very easy process to rent my storage unit. They let me pay cash, which was amazing nobody ever let you do that, as long as you have card on file with the matching ID. Right after I rented I want to go to my unit, but there was an issue with the password, they fix it right away. I am very pleased with the service. The unit is perfectly fine. I would highly recommend the company.. ... Read more

Horrible, no one was at the office to deal with my rental. I was forced to do it over the phone. Once I did get a rental, they gave me a gate code that didn't work. I person on the phone finally gave me a code that worked. Then the unit I was assigned was locked. Yet, another phone call. I had to tell them what was available. Then had to redo the rental agreement. Horrible business to deal with. They could of put something on the office door indicating why it wasn't open. I waited about 45 min. Then called the number on the sign. Numerous other people showed up and couldn't get help. One lady showed up that she's paid her fees but keeps getting letters about auctioning her things. ... So far, so good. I haven’t seen the storage unit yet and the location information is a little confusing, since my unit is on Greenwood Lake Turnpike and the facility address is on White Street, but the process of securing the unit was very easy. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at iStorage - 11 White Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 240 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by iStorage - 11 White Road start from $62 and can go up to $304 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
