Have been a customer since this location opened - while the place itself is already great on its own, the customer service is what drove me to write a review about it. I wanted to transfer my belongings form a Pods storage unit to my Bluebird unit, and Mark and Brian were extremely helpful in this endeavor the whole way. Both on the phone and in person. Really went above and beyond. The storage facility itself is also simply great. You use your smartphone as your key to access the building and your storage unit, and they have several options of sizes to choose from to fit your storage needs. It's very clean and it's climate controlled, so I never have to worry about hot summer days affecting anything I've stored in my unit. They also have really large flatbeds right near the entrances. Excellent people! Mark and Bryan were INCREDIBLY helpful and knowledgeable about the entire operation. They were very professional and thorough with answering all my questions and getting me set up with what I needed. I can’t say enough about these guys. They were great! I would 100% recommend Bluebird Storage to everyone. The facility was brand new and clean. I was made to feel comfortable knowing that my belongings would be safe and secure in a climate controlled setting. Mark knows his job inside and out and Bryan equally knowledgeable. Bryan was the one who walked me through everything and showed me how operate everything. Also, on a different day, Bryan must’ve seen me unloading my truck and going in and out my unit and he came down to set the exterior door on “automatic” so I didn’t have to keep accessing it with my phone. On January 13,2025, I called Bluebird Self-Storage at 200 central St. Hudson, NH. I spoke with Mark on the phone. He was extremely polite, professional, pleasant and very informative. I told him I needed a unit and said he was more than happy to accommodate me and recommended a unit that would best serve my needs. He told me all about the great promotions they offer and assisted me in finding the right size unit. I had a very hectic situation with my landlord and having to move out under extreme time restraints and Mark was so empathetic. He was helpful in making the rental process as easy as possible. He made me feel like I was family. He worked on going through all his units to find me the best unit possible for my financial situation. He invited me to come in and take a tour of the facility and look at the units I was interested in renting. Mark explained the Free Pickup promotion they are offering and that a moving crew would come move my stuff with a 10x10 box truck. All I had to do was pack my boxes. I’m amazed because there isn’t any storage places I know of that provides free pickups. No more than 3 or 4 guys came to my home, and they were all very professional. They moved my items with care like it was their own stuff. They did a remarkable job. The first day I went into Bluebird Self Storage Hudson, NH, and Bryan was SO pleasant and showed me the units, their building’s features and made using their Noke smart entry app extremely easy to understand. He also showed my friend how I could share access to my unit because he needs to access it when I’m not with him. I didn’t know if the 5 x 10 would work in the long run but at that moment it will work. Bryan explained to me that I can go up or down in unit size and they would carry over the remaining balance of the old unit and apply it to the new unit. Funnily enough, I did need to come back 2 weeks later because I needed more space and Bryan and Mark did some research, and they found me a unit that wasn’t too far away from my old one which made moving my belongings a breeze. I come into the office every time I stop by just to say Hi, grab a coffee or bottle of water and if I ever have any questions Mark and Bryan are quick to help me. The service they provided me was truly unbelievable, professional, caring, and very helpful. There should be more people like these two men, I really appreciate them and becoming part of the Bluebird Family. And I Love the T-shirt they gave me. Mark, Bluebirds manager, along with all of the other employees have always treated us real well. The staff is always hospitable. The storage units in the past always had terrible customer service, sketchy activity, insects and rodents, gates never worked properly and prices always went up. We needed a change, Bluebirds great reviews caught our eye and we thankfully changed. The price points are unbeatable, the building is extremely well kept, it’s the most secure, and is temperature controlled 365. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING BLUEBIRD STORAGE. You will not be disappointed.
