Just got off the phone from a supervisor at NSA because they are increasing my rental from $119 a month which just started at the end of May to $145 per month which is a 22% increase. The supervisor basically said they are doing it because they can. The lip service was demand and business activity but it all boils down to they can do it because they can. People who have things in storage are pretty much in a hostage situation because it will cost them substantially to move their belongings. There was no offer of a prolonged transitional reduction and the increase. People should be aware of this company which this particular space used to be privately owned but it is now a corporate entity and they care nothing about you. So beware and do not store your things here. 6 days later got a response to call the same number where a supervisor told be tough luck, no help. Am I going to waste another 45 minutes on the phone??? ... Read more

DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE, THE UNITS ARE INSECURE. There is a critical design flaw in their construction which makes it possible to enter a locked unit without actually "breaking" in. Management is completely aware of this problem, yet as of June '23 there was nothing done about it and no indication they planned to mitigate the issue. They will claim this is a hypothetical situation, but by definition it is not as it has already happened. In January '23, ours and several other units were robbed without the thief having had to even break in. Of course I'm not going to explain exactly how they did it for the sake of everyone with things stored there now. However, if we know, others certainly do as well. We lost $3,000 worth of our belongings, more than their compulsory insurance even covers. They will claim that the fence is enough to undermine this flaw in their buildings. This is a false sense of security. Fences can easily be cut and pulled away. Additionally, the fence around the "annex" area only surrounds 3/4 of the lot. The entire back is wide open. Additionally, their idea of customer service is being passive-aggressive and at times downright offensive while putting on a palpably fake smile and voice. They also have no problem lying. One example: I called the regional manager to notify her that someone had tried breaking into the unit next to ours. She completely denied it, even as I told her I was literally standing directly in front of the damaged locking mechanism (picture attached). Terrible customer service and questionable security and yet their prices continue to rise on an almost monthly basis. I emphatically implore you not to store your things here. ... Read more

Honestly the process was quick and easy. Prices are amazing compared to some of the other places close by for the unit size we got. All around happy with this storage unit. One thing I wish for is an app so it would be a little easier paying online. But honestly it's still simple. No complaints. Will definitely recommend friends. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at RightSpace Storage - 13 Tower Lane include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by RightSpace Storage - 13 Tower Lane start from $65 and can go up to $217 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
