Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 4110 North 129th Street, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

If you are smart enough to read this review before engaging in Public Storage, run, hit delete on your computer, and look anywhere else besides Public Storage. They will promise you anything to get your stuff in their posession then within two months, your rent goes up. It doesn't stop there. It continues to rise. It's like a bait and switch. Their marketing plan is that they figure you'd rather pay slow rent increases rather than move your stuff again. I started off in June with a promise of $105 a month. It's eight months later, and my rent is $197. There is no help from anyone to talk to me about why my rent keeps going up. My stuff just sits there. Get it in writing if they will, but don't count on it. ... Read more

Kirsten was an absolute model of real customer service...not just regurgitating some script, but personable, helpful and considerate. It was obvious she truly wished to make my experience a good one not for the sale but as.someone who believed in the company and to share the information. I did go with another company but only because it was closed to work and home .but thank you Kirsten! You were amazing! ... Read more

Lee and Lenora were wonderful. I was supposed to transfer units from outdoor to indoor climate controlled at the Weissman location. Two weeks in a row, no attendant showed to complete the transfer. I called Public Storage this morning and explained my situation, and came in to their office shortly after. These ladies were able to quickly set up the transaction and get me locked in at an accommodating rate because of my inconvenience. Quick, friendly and extremely helpful. Public Storage has been great to me in my time with them. ... Read more

I reserved a storage unit on the mobile app before I left Arizona so it would be ready when I got to Omaha. Before I arrived in Nebraska, they had given my unit to someone else. I was on a schedule and couldn't reserve a new unit until I arrived in Omaha. No one was in the office during business hours, so I had to use the app again and then wait around for someone to show up in the office anyway to finalize the reservation. After 3 failed reservations and cussing out the customer service rep over the phone, I finally got a unit. The code-entry gate by my unit was inoperable. It was barely fixed a few weeks ago? The employees insisted that I leave a 5-star review so they could get better Christmas bonuses. The unit was advertised as indoor climate controlled, but all throughout the winter, the unit was below freezing, and I could see my breath inside. I received an email stating my rent is increasing another $15. I'll definitely be leaving as soon as I find another storage facility. I never had these problems with the Public Storage in Arizona. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 4110 North 129th Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 250 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 4110 North 129th Street start from $84 and can go up to $189 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
