Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 7016 104th Street, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I have had a few different storage units and this one is by far the cleanest and easiest to access! I have had quite a few interactions with Sabrina G. At the front office And she has been so kind and helpful! Highly recommend! :)) ... Read more

I had a great experience here! Clean facility, great monthly price and Bev was so helpful and kind! Would def recommend! My only complaint was there weren’t any carts to haul stuff to and from your unit until the last couple of months which is so much more helpful than having to carry stuff! But other than that great place to store things! I will definitely be back if I need a storage unit in the future! ... Read more

I signed up online and headed over to the unit. I met Bev, the manager, when I was looking for my unit. She was kind, helped me find it, gave me good information and helped me finish my account setup. Very tidy facility. ... Read more

Spoke with a nice lady on the phone today, just some questions about my unit. I mentioned the price increase and she offered to lower it right away. I wasn't expecting that and wasn't why I called. Now I wish I had called sooner! Very appreciated. ... Read more

Rent at own risk cause I'm warning you! They raised my rent for the third time in a year. Last time around $40.00 a month. I'm semi handicapped and rented this cause they had big carts to help me get my items to my storage. They have none now, I got a car full of items now what do I do? No notice nothing just no carts. They have a good intro price knowing their going to get their money when your storage is full. Not Christian like attitudes here! ... Read more

Do not rent here. I signed up online and when I went to the storage unit itself I discovered much of the security protocols are broken, such as the door to enter is broken and anyone can just walk in. Furthermore they had zero dolly's to use due to customers constantly stealing them. So the location is unsecured and has a clientele that steals from it. I immediately said I did not want to rent there and was told I had nothing to worry about they will cancel everything and set a move out date and said I would get a refund. They never processed by move out and is now trying to charge me over $100 as a result of their incompetency in handling my move out. Stay far away from this place ... Read more

Decided not to rent from this location due to so many hidden fees. The advertised price was $1 for the first month which seemed like a bargain. But as I started completing the reservation I noticed new fees were being added to every page I filled out. Quickly the price went from $1 to over $50. I was willing to pay the new customer admin fee and the insurance fee, but as soon as I saw that they wanted additional money for their own style lock (they claim to refund if you provide them with a satisfactory lock of your own) I realized this place would be shady with charges. Truth is I’m willing to pay over $50 for a unit but I’d rather be told the price up front than receive a ton of hidden fees. I’ll be going elsewhere. ... Read more

Since there was still no action from 2 weeks ago at the 72nd location we moved our stuff to 104th. So this location is just as bad. I have pictures from when I pulled up. Doors are BOTH wide open and the trash still hasn't been dumped from when I moved in. What is wrong with Public Storage? Pay your workers MORE so they stay. PLEASE! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 7016 104th Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 7016 104th Street start from $52 and can go up to $208 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
