If I could give this company no stars I would. Since when is it practice to send an auction notice to an address that they know you no longer live at? On top of that they claimed to not know about the new address...of 2 years. Better yet, the units were paid for in March meaning they weren't insanely delinquent. Well with the help with bank statements and receipts at the new address we will get this all figured out. Absolutely rediculous business practice. ... Read more

Absolutely love this storage facility! Amazing customer service and excellent hours! Best REAL secure 24 hour access storage unit facility to meet your needs in Great Falls, MT! Unlike the other FALSE ADVERTISING A-1 Eastside Storage who says they are 24 hour access on everything except yelp.... even their own website claims 24 hour access... and their rental agreement on their site says 24 hour access... but its actually closed from midnight to 4 am and it says they are friendly and that is only until u ask them why they say 24 when they r only 20! Definitely a breath of fresh air to actually care about their customers and their customers needs! HUGE thanks to RIVER DRIVE NORTH STORAGE! You guys rock! :) Thanks for excellent and friendly customer service! Thanks for saying what you mean and meaning what you say! We will never go anywhere else again! :) Kimmy S ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at River Drive North Storage - 4601 River Drive North include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
