The Buzz In Trailer And RV Park is the worst Trailer And RV Park in the universe and the worst Trailer And RV Park on the planet... The owners and the manager are all very petty especially since they decided to give me a vacate the property notice and over something petty.... The fact that the Buzz In Trailer And RV Park gave me a vacate notice because of the fact that my trailer wasn't skirted and the fact that my hot water heater wasn't fully fixed yet was and is none of their damn business.... That just comes to show just how petty they were being.... Don't rent from these people.... I don't know why they couldn't say it to my face that they had a problem with me from the start.., I don't think anyone should rent from these dill weeds.... If you rent from these dill weeds you deserve to have drama.... I don't believe that these people didn't have a problem with me from the start.... And if they had a problem with my dog they should have said that as well.... Don't rent from these dill weeds... That's all they are is dill weeds and I don't think anyone should have to deal with this drama... ... Read more

Lots are so close together you barely have a walkway between campers. There are only two garbage bins for 20 lots which is nowhere near enough. Late fees for lot rent are exorbitant at 15% ($90) a day, and there is no grace period. For some reason rent seems to be different for everyone, and if you are not careful they will attempt to charge extra fees. Police are on site very frequently for a variety of different incidents. Website states that internet is provided but it has never worked. The roads through the park are VERY poorly maintained and full of potholes. ... Read more

After over a year and a half I have brought my review down to 1 star. Mainly because in this time frame the rent has gone up from $450.00 to just under $600.00 a month not sure as many neighbors have different rent bills? On top of that there use to be trash cans for all of us, those where not really enough but better than what we have now! 2 cans for 20 campers! There is garbage everywhere, food diapers you name it! Oh and they decided to charge people a 15% per day late fee and it MUST be paid on the 1st no grace period. The noise is horrible, we are so close to the HWY and train tracks there is non stop noise, the trains go by at all hours blowing their horns. The campers are so close to each other that you can hear the others inside their campers doing whatever they are doing. Did I mention there is no office? there is a sign that states there is. There is not. The water gets turned off without notice a lot, at least last year. There is more But I will leave it at this. Hope this was helpful. ... Read more

This place was very rude and uncaring about my delicate situation. The woman kept cutting me off and wouldn't allow me to explain what's happened in my life. My brother was found dead and we relocated to the Helena area and have been working with programs to help us get into an apt. But since there is no parking on city property the police have been after us on moving to a spot. ( The officers have been very nice and understanding they are just doing thier job) so I reached out to buzz and we were simply cut off and dismissed. I pray they never have to be in our position themselves so they don't have to feel the grief and humiliation it takes to actually reach out and ask for help. Shame on them. ... Read more

Not really a good place for travelers. Right next to train tracks with trains whistling all night and in flight path of airport. Seemed like more of a permanent mobile home park with trashy yards. Manager was extremely nice & helpful though. ... Read more

If I could give a negative star review I would. Went to meet a friend, was parked in the empty lot beside the trailers smoking a cigarette minding my own business looking at my phone when a man walks up on me claiming to be the "manager" of the lot. He accuses me of trespassing and begins interrogating me, asking me where my friend lives, what's his name, what's his phone number, whats his house number? And I'm just sitting in my jeep confused and getting progressively more agitated, at the beginning of the conversation I was polite and respectful but he kept getting more aggressive and hostile so I told him it was none of his business and I was doing nothing wrong. He threatened to call the police and proceeded to take pictures of me and my license plate, I came back to pick up my friend with some other friends and he proceeded to take photos of my friends car as well. Dont invest any kind of money or time into this disrespectful confrontational manager of this RV park. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Buzz in RV, Storage-Mobile Home Park - 3500 US Highway 12 E include the following amenities: Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Enclosed and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
