This lady Cleary stated do I know it's 10pm here.... like what an unprofessional statement. why even bother calling us back? if your going to be the nudest uptight person ever and have no care for your business or customer's... I called the store with an out of state number and no answer. I get a call back at 10pm and the lady said do you know it’s 10pm? I mean why bother call me back at 10 at night if you’re just going to be unprofessional anyway, I wouldn’t take my business here if you paid me. She was rude and not respectful. ... Read more

Becky and Rachel made the process of finding a great storage facility and then coordinating the move of our stuff across the country and having it delivered to the storage unit without me even being in town. One year plus later, we just took our stuff out and everything looks as pristine as the day it was packed. Many of our belongings would be quite subject to moisture, mold, rodents, and insects and all our contents are in perfect shape. Rachel's customer service is extremely refined with a natural display of empathy that is wonderful as you go through the stress of moving into a new community. I would highly recommend Montana Self Storage for all storage needs. David ... Read more

The facility is very nice. And working with Abby and Becky is great. Moving your stuff can be a little stressful, but they make the process so easy and seamless and are very accommodating. If you're looking for a great storage facility with excellent customer service, you can stop looking now because you've found it. I highly recommend using Montana Self Storage. If I could give them 10 stars I would. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Montana Self Storage - 697 East Cameron Bridge Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
