Won't refund our deposit. Told us three times the would credit it back to the card, never did. Then told us they couldn't do that but would send a check, never received. Sounds like they steal money pretty regularly. ... Read more

They accidentally charged our account after we were done there. The account is one I use periodically and don't keep funds in unless paying for certain things. I was charged an o er draft fee and they did not want to pay. ... Read more

Nice facility, your stuff isnt safe anywhere in Billings, MT, but Broadwater storage does a good job of making your items feel secure. Nice keypad code entry with 10ft chain link barbed wire fence surrounding the inner storage units. Nicely priced compared to others in town. Nice discreet location. Good for people living on the west end or the east end of town. Good hours of access. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Broadwater Self Storage - 2039 Broadwater Avenue include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Broadwater Self Storage - 2039 Broadwater Avenue start from $45 and can go up to $191 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
