Read some helpful reviews of Anaconda Mini Storage at 89 Arbiter Plant Lane, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

The storage facility has been very good to my daughter they have allowed her to be late and not gotten rid of her stuff. Several months back I called them from Idaho and paid my daughter's Bill and one month in advance. Today months later I see a charge on my bank card for $315 without my permission they charged my bank card months later. I am on social security I am on a fixed income. If this goes through they have destroyed my life this month I will not be able to pay my utility bills or my car insurance. I will file charges against them they did not have my permission to charge my card any further than what I paid that day I am not responsible for that storage unit my name is nowhere on that unit. What they did was completely illegal. And I will sue them for everything that goes wrong this month because of them trying to deduct that money out of my account illegally. ... Read more

The people who run this have always been exceptionally pleasant, helpful, and professional. Secured access and a location that makes it easy to haul stuff to no matter where you are in town. The place is well maintained, just wish they’d put in more lighting. Highly recommend! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Anaconda Mini Storage - 89 Arbiter Plant Lane include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
