If you're looking for a secure place to store your stuff, and you like 24-hour access, this place is probably the best storage complex in the Marshfield area. They recently added climate-controlled units with a wheelchair friendly entrance, also there's a really great loading dock. Only issue is the gravel's a little thick for people in wheelchairs, and sometimes there's some debris in the gravel. Other than that zero complaints. ... Read more

The worst!! All my precious and valuable items stolen!! Over 1,500 loss!! Don't trust this place with your stuff. The owner was careless about the situation, telling us it happend a week ago when other units got broken into. You didnt think to let us know? How unprofessional! They don't have cameras because they don't care. I will not be reccomending them to anyone. ... Read more

Rented a unit here (E13) and somebody else tried to put their stuff in it so I went up there and got her stuff loaded back into the uhaul and I put two padlocks on it. The next month the guy that rented it for me was late with the payment so the owner cut one of my locks and put his on it (which is normal) BUT then he never took his lock back off so a month and a half later I told the guy that rented it for me not to bother renting it anymore because I couldn't put anything in it anyways. So I don't think they do good business as far as how they handle/do things. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Webster County Storage - 685 West Commerce Rd include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 560 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Webster County Storage - 685 West Commerce Rd start from $60 and can go up to $250 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
