Read some helpful reviews of Storage Mart at 953 SE Oldham Pkwy, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I want to give a special thanks to Sunny, the property manager, for the outstanding service she provided. She was very professional, patient, and kind during an emergency situation, and she went far beyond her job to help us. Her attention and care made a big difference, and I truly appreciate everything she did. Because of her, we will definitely keep renting from this storage facility every year when we are on vacation. Highly recommend ... Read more

This honestly really sucked. My gate code never worked and I never actually got access to my storage unit. There are never any staff at the location and it's next to impossible to get in touch with anyone who works there if you have any issues. Even if you call their customer service line, prepare to wait at least 15 minutes on hold and not actually have your problem resolved. The sister location on Oldham had a really nice guy at the front desk, but this one is always deserted and the doors are locked during business hours. ... Read more

2024 Update: I rented a unit again and want to give props to Hannah, the property manager. There are two Storage Marts about a mile from each other. I erroneously rented a unit online from the wrong facility. When I got there, I realized my mistake. Hannah was very responsive and even stayed late to help me get transferred to a unit at the other facility. She is class act, very professional and incredibly helpful. I can’t thank her enough! 2022: This is a great storage facility. Convenient, clean, dry and spacious. We have stored at this location for several years. The Manager is super friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this place for your storage needs! ... Read more

Property manager Don is an absolute Storage Mart expert! Professional and friendly .. it's nice to see someone who enjoys their job and makes all who enter feel welcome. As I long time renter .. I've seen a few managers come and go .. but Don is far and away one of the best property managers I've had the opportunity to deal with. I highly recommend this store (and Don) for all your storage needs. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Storage Mart - 953 SE Oldham Pkwy include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 540 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
