Slight mixup on first day and while talking to an actual person, had it cleared up in minutes. I had live person no service even on the weekends if needed. No issues entering or exiting facility. Plenty of room for me to back my vehicles and trailers to the door. No hassle payment system. Everything I needed. Very affordable pricing ... Read more

Super easy experience from set up to payments, and more affordable than most in the area. Units are easily accessible and protected by a perimeter fence and keypad entry. Very secure. Overall, very happy customer! ... Read more

I’m from out of town, and it was easy to use their service online and I got a text message immediately with my unit number and my code. The unit was very clean and I like the fact that they do pest control there so it keeps the mice out of your stuff! ... Read more

Well storage wise there great but I've had two price increases in the past year (both of the increases were by about $10). They also broke one of there own locks that were on my unit ( I Guess they couldn't unlock it, not sure) then they placed a new one on there. This was after I paid, granted it was a day late but I had paid that morning. Last I knew I didn't have access to my stuff. Had tried to get the lock off by emailing and calling but they didn't remove it before I had to leave town. But otherwise they are ok. ... Read more

I actually had two units at Eagle self storage, one for my vehicle and the other for household items, and in my experience they were very accommodating, professional, and convenient. I moved to Alaska and had my belongings stored there until I can get back to gather them, and when Joplin had a storm coming through easily self storage communicated wiggle their concerns and that they endured some damage and kept me informed of the condition of their facility and my belongings and ensured me that everything was still secure and in the same condition as when I first brought things there. Payment was easy, and when I moved out they were available to help me through the process. Highly recommended ... Read more

The unit was clean and easy to get to in a car. I wouldn't recommend trying to get around the corner where my unit is in a moving van or with a trailer. The person who completed my registration over the phone neglected to give me a code to remove their lock. They were closed and the gentleman who lives on site, who does not work for the company by the way, was able to assist me. I was charged for renters insurance even though I have had my own policy for 8 years because I wasn't told there was a deadline for submitting proof of that. The company would not reverse that charge. I wouldn't rate this company higher or lower than any other I have used. All storage companies are in the business to make money not friends. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Eagle Self Storage - 3402 East 7th Street include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 40 to 500 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Eagle Self Storage - 3402 East 7th Street start from $42 and can go up to $128 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
