Had a reservation today. Owner was jot around. I called the number on the office window. Man gave excuse and said his wife would return my call in 10 minutes. Never happened. They had plenty of trailers that I had reserved. ... Read more

Uhaul sent me here to pick up a truck. When I arrived, the truck and trailer were already hooked up, parked out front, and ready to go. The service was very friendly, and I had a super easy time during pick up. This place does business a way you don't see very often - they put people first and care about the customer and it shows. Happy to return! ... Read more

They've been having a serious problem with burglaries for the past year or two. Storage units and RV's being stored there are getting broke into. They did install cameras but claim nothing ever gets recorded when a break in occurs. Would not recommend this place til they start taking this problem more serious. They need to take more steps to prevent this from continually happening. ... Read more
Rob G. - 16 February 2021
My boyfriend and I rented a unit here from April-December 2019. Our first unit leaked and ruined our dining room table and chairs and a bookcase, among other small things. The best they could do was to offer us to move up the hill to a larger unit with less chance of water damage, but still pay $10 more per month for it, which we did. When we called to say that we were bringing a U-Haul and moving all of our stuff to Kansas City, it was a week into the month and they were very nice and said that they would inspect it the Monday following our move and issue a refund for the majority of the month being unused, and obviously turn off the auto-debit transactions. We never got a refund, and worse than that, they debited for the month of January 2020, which was unexpected and overdrew my boyfriend's account. When he called to ask them to return the money, they said, "Well, you have to tell us that you're moving out." He explained that we DID, and they not only didn't follow through, they continued to charge us and never changed our address. We did get a refund for January but still have not received one for December, nor do I think we ever will. I just hope to God they don't try to charge us again in February. ... Read more

I have had nothing but trouble with this company. My first unit leaked and caused me to lose half my stuff. They offered me a different unit at a higher price which I had no option but to take. Now I'm getting a run around with them because I moved out right before Christmas and they are still charging me! And not just charging but continuing to charge a card that was supposed to be taken off the unit months ago. Entirely fed up with this place and would highly recommend no one using their units. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Center Creek Storage - 3793 South Garrison Avenue include the following amenities: Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 100 to 540 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Center Creek Storage - 3793 South Garrison Avenue start from $40 and can go up to $85 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
