Love this storage facility! It's clean, it's safe and they will do anything to help if you call and let them know if you have a problem. That's not the standard in the Branson area! One less thing to worry about every month! ... Read more

I've rented a unit from Branson Hills for years. I've had multiple issues with the manager. I drive 40 minutes to pay cash monthly, she is the only employee and if she's not in the office she will charge me a late fee. I was on an automatic debit and she would send eviction notices saying the payment didn't go through, when it did. She's locked me out of my unit, refused payment and will not give me the owners info. The worst renting experience I've had, and now I'll have to pay extra to get my things out. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Branson Hill Storage - 4771 State Hwy 248 include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Branson Hill Storage - 4771 State Hwy 248 start from $51 and can go up to $189 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
