Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 6570 Flying Cloud Drive, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Over six years, the rent went from $75 to $350-- much higher than other nearby facilities. Their business model is to raise the rent because they know moving is a hassle. But enough is enough so I moved. Otherwise only okay; they cut the cord to lamp in the unit so they would save money on electricity. Really? At $350 a month I can't get a lamp so I can use it in the evening? ... Read more

I shouldn't give any stars if you're late with them one month you're screwed 100 bucks extra cut your lock then you have to buy a new one charge daily every day you're behind next thing you know 750 bucks being late one month next step auctioneer stuff happened to me twice!! Then they call and harass you for payment after they auctioned your things and then have workers that say it's okay when they know the next day is auction that's what happened to me here and then play dumb I would recommend going somewhere else you know they still think I owe them paid in full as far as I'm concerned.... My Dead brother is baby shoes I was supposed to give to my godson my great nephew and they were auctioned off irreplaceable and unexcusable yes I was late did you ever see in circumstances it was necessary for me I did my best now I have to suffer the loss thanks a lot public storage you suck that's my personal opinion I recommend going somewhere else! I've had a storage somewhere else 7 years no problem there I would recommend them anywhere else but not here ... Read more

Nothing but helpful. I can not say enough good things. Meeting us in the storage unit and walking us through step by step proves why we need people and not "Automatic kiosks". Jessica is a gem and I hope to work with her if I ever need to. ... Read more

Public Storage is hard to work with, inconvenient to use, wildly expensive, and has unbelievably bad communication with their customers. Lack of communication leads to bigger problems that they then refuse to help solve. DO NOT USE UNLESS ITS YOUR LITERAL ONLY OPTION. if i could give 0 stars, i would. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 6570 Flying Cloud Drive include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Keyless Unit Access, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 6570 Flying Cloud Drive start from $28 and can go up to $215 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
