Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 10201 Woodcrest Drive NW, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Crystal, was timely down to the minute and had arrived early to our arranged meeting time. She was kind and patient through minor trivial moments such as a goofy computer. This office had stellar rates. The best as compared to 10 other local Minneota storage units. Also the best throughout the public storage offices. I'm very grateful and appreciate the on-board welcome and transparent pricing. ... Read more

Unlike everybody else in the industry they lie about the Unit sizes, be aware that they round up. So a 9.5*27(256.5 sq ft) is sold as a 300sq ft 10x30. When the fine print of the lease says "sq ft is approximate" they aren't talking about a couple inches here or there like you would assume. Also nobody works there anymore so good luck finding management to return your lock or anything, they show up when you're renting the place and then only by appointment and only if you're lucky enough to actually get them to call back. ... ‘Size is approximate’ apparently the site manager measures these units the way most men measure their apendages- by approximation.. so a 10x30 unit is actually a 10x27 unit. No customer service, there is no one on site or available during business hours. Had to wait 2 hours for a call back. Would not recommend unless you hate yourself. 0 out of 10, do not recommend. ... To start they are deceptive about the hours of operations so false advertisement there because no one’s on site. Rude online customer service absolutely NEVER use this facility… I am most definitely making a complaint with BBB and the Attorney general office. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 10201 Woodcrest Drive NW include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Keyless Unit Access, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 10201 Woodcrest Drive NW start from $24 and can go up to $242 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
