This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company, by far. They don't answer phone calls, or return calls. We rented a spot for our camper, but had to change spots as the spots were not empty. After we moved to the second spot (which took several days of leaving messages to get anyone to call us back), we were told we'd receive a credit for the first month. They didn't apply the credit to the third lease after we had to move spots again. So, we were charged a late fee. I've received two phone calls asking for rent, which I've explained the situation and was told they'd "look into it" and call me back. Never received a call back, and they've since revoked our access code. I've paid the account in full and put in our notice just to be done with this company. Steer clear of this company, because if there are any issues, they won't help you. ... Read more

Best place to rent in the area. The gate works well and makes me feel my things are secure. They’ve been very helpful with setup and payments - easy to communicate with. Very impressed, would rent here again! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Area StoragePro - 1680 East Highway 210 include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 660 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Area StoragePro - 1680 East Highway 210 start from $50 and can go up to $128 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
