The assistant general manager, Danyelle Tyrrell was awesome each time we interacted and she's very sweet. My overall experience with the storage facility was good. My things were safe and secure and nothing was missing when I moved out. I am giving 3 stars because I feel there was a bit of false advertisement. The website stated first month free. I made a payment on the first day that I spoke to the representative to move in and he also stated first month was free but the payments was for administration fees and the lock which was fine. I moved in on January 21, 2026 and by January 31, 2026 I received an invoice asking for half of what my payment for February would have been. I did not have the storage for a full month and already had to make a payment 11 days after I got it. I called and spoke to a representative and was told he doesn't like that they say first month free because that's not really how the process works and he then explained it to me but this was after I had already moved in. I made the payment but this should have been explained in the beginning, people should be made aware of this. ... Read more

I occupied space at this facility for approximately six months. During that time, there were issues, including reported embezzlement involving local team members, frequent security breeches, simply poor overall management. Security issues here aren’t occasional, they’re part of the routine experience. For months, the main roller door remained inoperative. Even after it was finally replaced, there appeared to be yet another breach shortly thereafter. These weren’t isolated incidents but ongoing structural and security failures. I’ve owned and managed multiple asset classes, and this is clearly a troubled location. It lacks strong operational structure and adequate preventive security measures. While self-storage facilities face unique challenges depending on their location, this site appears especially underprepared for the realities of its area and would benefit from location specific SOPs and stronger controls. There has been a recent change in local management. I had limited interaction with Jerod, and this review does not reflect on Jerod or Danyelle personally. Rather, it reflects the overall experience and a clear lack of communication, structure, and oversight from ownership. There is a new facility in the area that demonstrates a better understanding of preventive security and operational control. Don’t be misled by high star ratings, I’m sure this one would eventually be suppressed or deleted. During my time here, I personally witnessed more in person complaints than I could count.
