    I want to take a moment to recognize Bill, because my experience with him truly stood out. I came into this location to address an ongoing issue with late fees that had been repeatedly charged to my account. A former employee had previously taken my credit card information to put on file for autopay, but the card was never properly verified or locked into the system. Because of that mistake, payments kept reverting to an old method that no longer had funds—resulting in repeated late fees of over $40 each, on two units. This went on with no clear resolution, and understandably became extremely frustrating. I’m currently going through a very difficult season in life, and every dollar matters. I called ahead and arranged to come in the next day to resolve the issue, and that’s when I met Bill. From the moment we spoke, Bill was professional, thorough, patient, and genuinely kind. He took the time to double-check everything, cross-verify the payment method, exit and re-enter the system, and make sure the card was properly secured so this wouldn’t keep happening. He explained the process clearly and honestly, including the limitations of what he personally could approve since he is not the district manager. Even though he couldn’t reverse all the past fees himself, he still advocated for me, documented the issue properly, and went out of his way to help where he could. He even waived a late fee on one of my units to give me some relief, making sure there was a note explaining why this situation occurred in the first place. He was transparent, respectful, and compassionate throughout the entire interaction. I made it clear that my frustration was with the situation—not with him—and he handled everything with grace and professionalism. I left feeling heard, respected, and far more confident that the issue was finally resolved correctly. Bill is one of the best people I’ve encountered at this location over the years. He is an excellent representative of this business and truly an asset to the Taylor location. His integrity, work ethic, and customer care deserve recognition—and honestly, he should be in a higher leadership role.     Last year when I needed a storage unit, it was difficult looking for a place to store my things.     Solid establishment with very understanding management. After moving in, my rent increased a little faster than I was comfortable with, so I talked to management and they were very understanding and worked with me to find a very agreeable arrangement. I've used many storage facilities over the years and I know that changing costs and facility upgrades will slowly increase the cost of units, but most places can be very predatory about it and basically tell you to take a hike if you don't like it. I have had places bring rent up by over 70% in less the a year after moving in. This place was the opposite of that. Very understanding and they immediately worked something out with me and showed me they care about keeping their customers happy while still maintaining a good business model.     I wouldn't rent here if I were you. They have raised my right six times in a year and a half. It was 4 or 5 times in the first year and I feel like you can get a door that opens and closes anywhere. Up over $200 for a 10 by 15 now. Moving myself stuff out shortly.
