Sierra at the customer service desk is phenomenal. She is an absolute gem, extreme rarity in customer service these days. Understanding, helpful and knows her business backwards and forwards. She bent over backwards to see that my move out experience was smooth and uneventful. Such a breath of fresh air in today's world of giving the least service possible, she gives the most service possible and with genuine care and smile. Thank you for the help and stress free experience. ... Read more

I am deeply disappointed in how Public Storage has treated me as a customer and a disabled veteran. I was told by one of their representatives that I could avoid auction by simply paying the rent amount. Based on that assurance, I tried to make arrangements. But shortly after, I was contacted by the district manager who completely contradicted that statement and insisted I had to pay the entire past due balance — or risk having my belongings auctioned off. This was not only misleading, but emotionally devastating. I have personal and irreplaceable items in that unit, and the threat of losing them due to inconsistent and harsh practices is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, Public Storage has continued to raise prices aggressively. This kind of price gouging — especially during difficult times — feels like exploitation, not service. No veteran, or anyone for that matter, deserves to be treated like this. I hope Public Storage seriously reconsiders how it communicates with and supports customers, particularly those who have served this country. --- ... Read more

John was fantastic in helping me set up my storage unit! Thank you Sierra and John! Update as of 2/24/2025: I’ve rented from this storage property multiple times in the last five years, and have had such pleasant experiences. However, this time I rented a storage unit on September 28, 2024 at $175 a month. On January 28 I received an email that my rate would be going up effective March 1st to $245 a month. I’ve called the property twice regarding price adjustments or options as this was a huge increase with only a months notice. The lady that answered my call told me that her Access would not let her keep my rate the same, but she would escalate it to the district manager, and somebody would follow up with me. I did not receive a follow up, so I called them again and talk to her and she told me that she would push the notes through again. I called again today, February 24 as March 1 is coming up… but there was no answer. I’m not sure what has changed from the past, but this experience has been very different. I’ve never had price changes this significant in such a short time. This location has definitely changed since my past experiences. They used to have four carts, now on a good day they have two. You have to wait every single time because they are always in use or come at odd hours. The gate has been left open the last three times I visited, so there is no sense of security. I’m really disappointed with my experience this time around because I truly talk so highly of this specific property and have referred to many of my friends and family. ... Read more

I will never use this place again. Make sure you read the contract. I walked into the office, terminated my contract on the 30th of November but since I didn't give them 7-Day notice they charged me an extra month. The woman I talk to in the office never told me I needed to give 7-Day notice. Public storage even called me mid-December to verify I canceled but never told me that I owed them for December. They sent the bill to collections. If the woman I canceled with would have told me, I would have paid it. This is just something they screw people with. Find another place for storage. Update*** Public storage called me right after I put this review in saying I didn't have to pay it. I informed them I already paid the collection company because I didn't want anything negative on my credit. They were supposed to call me back to provide me a refund and never did, no surprise ?? ... I warn anyone against getting a storage unit at this facility or any other one of their properties. They lure you in with a price. For instance, I got my storage unit for 199 a month. I moved out of state. AS OF JANUARY 1, MY PAYMENT IS OVER $400 Over double what I agreed to. Don’t worry, their contracts cover themselves. There’s nothing you can do about it but pay. Get ready for constant, never ending pricing increases that you can do nothing about. If you don’t pay, they will be very quick to follow legal guidelines and auction, your items and your unit off My priority list includes a trip to the facility to empty the contents before they are lost. Shame on these people. Disgusting, unethical treatment of their clients. ... Read more

????? I recently had the pleasure of working with Sierra at Public Storage, and I cannot express enough how fantastic my experience was! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. Sierra took the time to understand my storage needs and offered several options that fit my requirements perfectly. Her knowledge about the different unit sizes, pricing, and promotions was impressive, and she patiently answered all my questions, making the process seamless and stress-free. What stood out the most was her exceptional customer service. Sierra went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued as a customer. Her positive attitude and dedication to providing outstanding service truly made a difference. If you’re looking for a great storage solution, I highly recommend visiting Public Storage and asking for Sierra. She is a true asset to the team, and I’m grateful for her assistance! Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 5060 Coolidge Hwy include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 5060 Coolidge Hwy start from $30 and can go up to $347 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
