The woman name Savanna was very professional, she walked out in that hot sun to make sure I find the right union. What a pleasure to know her. If you give 5 x 25 stars I would have gave them all to her. She did everything with a smile. She was very understanding of my needs, she took her time to make sure I was satisfied. I truly thank her for her kindness towards me. I highly recommend her. Thanks for making my experience easy to deal with. Thank you Savanna you Rock! ???????????????????????????????????? ... Great service with Amy and Tiara! It was Tiaras 1st day, so let's say good luck to her, and she was engaging, asking questions, and watching what Amy was doing. All good signs and qualities of a solid employee. Keep it up, and then you ladies! ... Read more

Will advertise a cheap price online, will then wait about 6 months so you can comfortably move all your stuff inside, will raise the price slightly, then again will raise the price, then a 3rd time raise the price after a full year has passed. Scummy business practice. They wait until you have too many things in your unit to start raising their prices again and again and so you don’t feel motivated to move all your things out. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 12900 Newburgh Road include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 12900 Newburgh Road start from $34 and can go up to $302 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
