Ok so, I don't even know where to begin. When I first found this storage unit place called, "STORE SPACE", from the beginning Eric was a godsent. Over the phone he talk to me like I was a real person n he made it very easy for me to do the transition for what I was going through and I can be a pain in the butt sometimes, I know that, however, these people have been amazing. I recommend STORE SPACE STORAGES out of all the ones that I've been in and let me tell you I've been in four other ones in the past five years, I've had my stuff in storage and this place is very understanding, n for the people. They're here to really make your move so much easier I mean like stress-free easy peasy lemon squeezy kind of stuff no joke. So, if you need a storage unit get a hold of Eric at STORE SPACE, he is amazing. I mean I can't even express what they have done for me and how they made me feel like a real person. N going through all this crap that I'm going through. I'm very grateful . Who else would you want to keep your memories safe? But ONLY with a company that Ashley puts you and your needs first. Someone that makes you feel safe about leaving your personal things with them and storing it there as well as making you feel safe and well, like a human being should feel. Happy, reassured and relaxed you need a place to store your stuff go to store space they're amazing. There are a couple girls in there but I don't remember their names and they're awesome too I've only got with them a couple times but I mean they're just easy going and just Eric is the one I got with him like I said it's just they're all group of people that do all of their job you have no worries. Thank you store space in all your employees cuz thank you thank you! ... Read more

We purchased a storage space online and could not find our unit , or the entrance to use nor get ahold of someone that day it was in a Sunday so that is understandable , However the next morning Eric called us and made sure we got a tour, he showed us around , showed us how to use the lock and doors and was very polite and helpful he even switched us to a easier to access unit to accommodate us . Very impressed with the prices and the customer service . Will definitely always use Store space for our storage needs . ... Read more

I wanted to like this place. I really did. Everything started off so well. Eric and April were nice, it was $20 for a 5x5 unit which is all I needed, there were cameras all over the place and cipher locks on the doors for security. It seemed too good to be true and in less than a year that proved to be right. Four months after I rented the unit it was raided and thousands of dollars in tools were stolen. It was during this time that I found out the interior cameras don’t work and the only operational cameras they have are cheap trail cams at the gate. The staff speculated that they had an inclination of who it was, but when I asked them if they informed Law Enforcement they said that it wasn’t their place to say anything. They were nice during the whole process but kindness doesn’t get my belongings back. Now onto the rent. The month my tools were stolen my rent was raised from $20 to $32. Last month I received an email that it was going up to $52 a month. That’s over a 250% increase in less than a year. I had enough and pulled what was left out of the place. In short, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They advertise themselves as a secure storage area when they’re anything but. Heck there’s even a lock in the logo lol. Now they’re mandating you get their storage protection plan but you’ll find reviews about people having their stuff stolen out of this place only for their storage protection policy making them jump through hoops for any sort of compensation. In summary, if you’re looking for a safe place to keep your belongings then unfortunately this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking to raid some storage units and commit some theft, then this might just be your place. ... Read more

Even though I can’t rent from this place anymore I still recommend them. The facility is clean and secure. I was late on my payment and the total balance was a bit ridiculous after fees… But after I went in and talked to them April was cool and took my balance down to a reasonable number. Not only was she helpful and cool but she fine too. Eric did his job well too but the way called me brother on the phone was questionable. I’m joking. It was an over all great experience I recommend them to anybody looking for a storage. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of amenities are available at Store Space Self Storage - 110 Knapp Drive?

Storage units available at Store Space Self Storage - 110 Knapp Drive include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

What type of storage unit do I need?

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Why is drive-up access important?

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Why should I consider renting a climate-controlled unit?

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
