At first, this place seemed like a great option. However, over time the experience went downhill. Rent increases happen very frequently—about every three months. While corporate will sometimes agree to a small temporary reduction, it only lasts a short period usually 3 months and never returns anywhere near the original rate. I understand that business is business, but the value simply doesn’t match the cost. Increase every 3 months is ridiculous. The bigger issue is the lack of property maintenance. The bathrooms have been out of service since October 2025 and, as of the date of this review they are still not fixed. If you need a restroom, you’ll have to leave the property and find one elsewhere. Snow and ice removal is also a major concern. During the last storm, the property was neither plowed nor salted, creating extremely slippery and unsafe conditions—I nearly slipped on the ice. This is now the second significant snowfall, and even a week later there has been no plowing or salting at all. For nearly $300 per month for a larger unit, I would expect basic maintenance like functional bathrooms and proper snow removal. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case here. Just be aware of these when renting here. other then those issues its a great place to store stuff very good location wise. Desk staff are very knowledgeable and polite! no complaints there. ... I went to the storage facility on Easter, I emptied my truck them my battery for my phone died. I could not access the gate code. There was a car at the office. I continuously knocked on the door, finally the last answered and she was "BIG MAD" she told me "the office is closed" I said my phone was dead and could not access the gate code. She said the office was closed and could not help me. I sat inside the facility at the gate for 2 hours ago the time the lady was in the office. Finally another customer came and I was able to leave the facility. This lady needs "a talking to" she was EXTREMELY RUDE. I think there should be a way to get out of the gate in case this happens to anyone else. ... Read more

Raised my rent 100% in a year.. most of my delicate stuff is damaged from excessive humidity.. the leaking roof has droopy liners with tape! Covering the rips. Honestly, it's a bad joke.. there's another rental place just next door.. strongly suggest storing elsewhere. I'm definitely moving out soon. I wouldn't ever recommend this location- sad because I've used public storage for years in the past. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 3650 Enterprise Drive include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 3650 Enterprise Drive start from $60 and can go up to $251 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
