Mitzi was very helpful and respectfully listened to my concerns and said she would have someone get back to me about the possibility of negotiating the cost of my monthly storage unit payment. I appreciated her efforts to check into it for me. ... Read more

Customer Service representative is rude, I called to question about my bill that I had gotten showing increased from $139 to $169 first representative told me it was only increased to $159 not $169 and again told her my invoice said different so she said I will send invoice to show you, so I checked my invoice again and called back got a different rep. and explained that I just called earlier to question my invoice and it still showed $169 not $159 this rep. told me my bill was indeed $169 so I asked why just a few min ago on my 1st call they said only $159 and rep. rudely said no your bill is $169. so that's what I need to pay. If my auto-payment since June took $139 (+ $10 insurance $149) now a $10 increase on rental would be $159. not $169. So 2 reps, telling me 2 different amounts, and couldn't even kindly check into why 1st rep told me a different price than the 2nd and not even an explanation. Very rude. If someone rents a storage knowing price they can afford and then having a company telling you it's increasing so 30 days to move out or pay increase... unreal. I have used storage before and bill never changed but guess now people are greedy... wow. Never again will I use and or refer this place. Thanks for making a renter happy... NOT ?????? ... Read more

The unit was always plowed throughout the winter making it easy to access with any sized truck and trailer. Auto pay meant I didn't have to remember to process the payment each month. Now that our house is complete, we no longer need the space. Bridget was very helpful with closing the account. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at KO Storage - 728 Main Street include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Gate, Kiosk Available and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by KO Storage - 728 Main Street start from $62 and can go up to $217 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
