Horrible my daughter brand new bed destroyed by mice feces and urine with no food in the storage unit it still was infested with mice!! And the manager at the Temple Hills sight is rude nasty and not sympathetic about customers and their belongings. She/He has a nasty disposition. They do not want to pay for damages to your things after wanting to charge a foreclosure fee for something that is not being foreclosed but yet they still make you pay. The overhead manager is no better because the only offering was one months rent when that bed was 1500$. This place is highway robbery and I would never advise anyone to place there things in this storage space!! They do not own up to there nastiness of infestation of mice and the customer who violates policy by having food in their units!! Because others have to suffer and replace!! This is the second unit that I had at this place that had mice in it the first unit the mice bit through the wiring of my small refrigerator that had nothing in it and was clean. My experience at Extra Space Storage at the Temple Hills location was seamless. When I went to check out the unit I planned to reserve, it was super clean—spotless, actually. One thing I really appreciated was how well-lit the facility is. I’ve used another storage place before, and the units there were kind of dark, but Extra Space has great lighting, which made a big difference.
