Just rented a house unit. Love that the storage is temperature controlled and bunch of units on ground level. The lock and gate, reception gives me hope for safety and security. There are live cameras in the reception desk watching the floor. However, there was a lack of trolleys - there were 0 available at the time we came. Luckily somebody just finished a move and gave us one. Otherwise, have to carry the boxes not a shot distance. Also, only 2 doors out of 4 were working for the entry.
