    If you don’t want all your stuff ruined with rodent urine and poop I would recommend not using this facility to keep your belongings in! My son and his roommates put their stuff in a unit for less than 2 months and upon arrival to move out all of their stuff was covered in mouse poop and urine and we had to throw out a good amount of their stuff. We notified the maintenance people and they acknowledged they had a issues with mice infestation. No managers on site to come and take pictures or clean up and treat our unit. We were told unless they took pictures there is nothing they can do to file a claim. Horrible customer service!!! DO NOT use this company. ... Read more
