    I would have given 5 stars but 1) can't ever get ahold of anyone in the office. They are never there. I am moving out April 5 & can't get ahold of them. No voice messaging available either when I call. 2) public storage has no renter contract so they raise rent prices frequently. Otherwise, very clean! Easy to use the gate & appreciated the texts acknowledging I had gone through the gate. No rodents. The units are kept in pristine condition overall. There are someone who was stealing the carts and management was consistent in trying get these carts returned. It was thought people were hiding them in their units. Also good security cameras and I felt safe inside the buildings. The elevator broke one day and within several days it was fixed - much appreciated! ... Read more

    Easy to sign up, easy to access. When I arrived, the app was easy to use to access the site. It had snowed and the person on duty, Cynthia, was out shoveling a path to the doors. She was extremely nice, polite, and professional. She quickly helped me find my locker and followed up after I had everything set up to see if I was satisfied with my unit. Great experience. ...     If you’re looking for a clean and safe space for your belongings LOOK ELSEWHERE! On top of ridiculously raising rates with minimal notice all of my belongings were either molded or completely covered in mouse droppings. Cardboard boxes that were sealed were somehow chewed through and mouse droppings all through them. When I brought this to the property managers attention she showed little to no care until I said I would be writing a review to tell people of my experience. She then begged me not to do that and said she would put a note on my account to see what they can do for me. I spoke with the district manager at this point they are just giving me the run around and offering no help. I have now also been charged for the month of January when I have already been completely moved out and will have to contact my bank to dispute the charge. ... Read more
