During that time, we switched between several different storage units and often moved the rental name back and forth between his and mine for our own budgeting purposes. It felt like we were in and out quite a bit compared to most customers. Through all of those moves, the one person who always stood out and made the entire process simple was Lusia. From the first time I met her, I could tell she was different. She wasn’t just doing her job—she genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and that everything went smoothly. Every time I walked in, she greeted me warmly, remembered who I was, and treated me like I mattered.
