Stay away from this place and take your business somewhere else in solidarity please ??. I buy storage units from a storage auction call storage treasures because I'm a disable person that suffers physical and psychological impairments. I thought this was going to help me feed my daughter and I would be able to help my wife with the bills. Long story short (I got ahead of myself on an unit that after speaking to the district manager I think is a unit designed to make people believe there's potential valuebles to make the bid very high I also got the vibe that there's fake profiles to bid up the price as highest possible and if they end up with the unit they push it down to the highest real bidder which is what happened to me) I kindly called them to cancel the bid because I made a mistake and I felt something off about the situation. The property and district manager were so heartless and cruel that they didn't canceled and still had the auction charged me the premiums and to make things worst for me they asked for my account to get suspended... that's cold and cruel that a person with physical disabilities and pain was helping them get rid of heavy trash and do this to him... they're very heartless and have no other words to express... ... This is hands down the worst and dirtiest, nastiest mouse infestation Public Storage on the planet !!! Dangerous and Disgusting is being generous !!The place is a massive rat/mouse nest . I have videos and pictures of all the dead mice and mouse droppings . The entire back wall of the unit was filmed and covered with mouse urine . It’s absolutely disgusting and the management here could care less . I mentioned the health hazard condition to 2 staff members and 1 district manager who could care less and were very rude . I was promised a call back by Stephanie and never heard back . I was told by Michelle that she would come and inspect the unit and never did . The district manager is the rudest and absolutely has zero communication skills and customer service skills . We had to get the Revere Public health involved because of the dangers of mouse and rat urine / droppings . These dead rodents carry diseases and clearly Public Storage does not think so . Shame on them from top to bottom. Think twice about this place for your belongings and health . Check pictures !! I have many more too . There were about 5 or 6 dead mice I had thrown away . These are a pictures of a few . ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 195 Ward Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 225 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 195 Ward Street start from $91 and can go up to $449 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
