Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 87 Warren Street, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Actually I am really unhappy with the behind the scenes policy. So within less than a month my account goes to auction? Which I believe is illegal. The emails and messages on the app are so threatening I would sell my soul to the devil to get my stuff out immediately. I answered the call. I said I would pay middle month. Supposedly it is a month plus before units go into auction. Apparently not here. Do not come here I am in communication. I have not disappeared. In fact I got help from the main line because this manager has not called. I left a voicemail. Still no call. I calk that highly unprofessional. Also my lock had to be changed earlier after I had left. Thanks for the additional fear that even doing the right thing i get screwed. So glad I left Massachusetts. Now with my complaint I am going to be more worried about my stuff. I hope you didn't cut my lock because I cannot put a new one on. Omg if anything is missing....Due to a broken lock... Highly Unprofessional. The actual facility is decent and a rare 24 hour. Still not worth the risk. Whoever is the manager is lazy. No phone call. No answer. You are wasting money paying this person. Actually I am still waiting on that call and another. This whole establishment is unprofessional. Even the higher ups do not call back. I gave up calling. I am so sorry I picked this place. ... Mice mice mice. Dirty, trashy, damaged units, Management does not return calls. Property is dirty and trashy. Unit doors are damaged with roof insulation falling and caving in and mice and rodent droppings everywhere!!. I would not welcome my worst enemy to this location. Price hikes and poorly managed. Also I might add the security gate was damaged for like 5 months with open access to the public to the facility. And exiting the facility the remote access does not work, you must exit the vehicle and enter the code each and every time. Stay clear. I promise you stay clear. Exiting this facility as I type this ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 87 Warren Street include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 87 Warren Street start from $89 and can go up to $369 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
