?????????? 5 Stars – Exceptional Service from Ana! I cannot say enough great things about Ana, the property manager at Public Storage. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely helpful attitude. Ana is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and stress-free storage experience. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained the rental process clearly, and helped me choose the right unit for my needs. It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer service these days, but Ana truly stands out. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained — and it’s clear that Ana takes pride in keeping it that way. Thanks to her, what could have been a complicated or stressful process was actually enjoyable. If you’re considering storing your items here, do yourself a favor and ask for Ana. She’s the best! ... We had a great experience renting a locker at this facility before it became Public Storage. The property is always clean and well-maintained. Bruce and Ana have always been friendly and provide excellent customer service...five stars to each of them. When Public Storage took over, we hoped for reasonable rate adjustments, since we knew they were inevitable. However, we were just notified of a 47% rate increase in only six months, which feels excessive. While we appreciate the facility and staff, such steep hikes are disappointing. The only positive takeaway is that Bruce and Ana provided excellent service! ... Read more

I Stop by to look at the space I wanted to rent to confirm it was what I wanted during business hours no one was there I stopped by three times from 10:00-3:15 and left two messages to call me back about questions about the space. I also called the main Public Storage to help me complete the rental and they said The system wouldn’t let them complete the booking and I had to do it in the Office or online. I was moving my daughter‘s dorm stuff so I had to go ahead and book online because no one would call me back or was in office during business hours. The space is misleading. The Description of a space says ceilings of locker maybe lower than typical units. It says it has elevator access but does not mention once you use the elevator to get to the space. You then have to climb at 10 foot ladder to put stuff in the unit. This is why I wanted to look at it first. When Ana finally opened at 3.47 in the afternoon on Friday 17th I let Ana know that this is not the type of space I need and I need to switch to one that starts on the ground. She informed me I could change the unit to one that was taller and on floor level. She said the new price was gonna cost me $32 I ask why if I booked online it was $22.00 she told me she could not give me that rate that I had to cancel the first reservation and wouldn’t refund me the $29 administrative fee and I would have to pay it again to book another space online. I should’ve not had to pay $29 twice to book the right space Ana’s customer service was cold and unhelpful. She would not even call someone to make sure this couldn’t be correcte. Someone should’ve been in the office during the office hours. This would’ve avoided the problem altogether. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 151 Andover Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 9 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 151 Andover Street start from $10 and can go up to $392 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
