Go to storage unit here multiple access points very secure, clean dollies you can use to load your stuff, at the loading dock where my storage unit is there's a hydraulic lift that makes it so you don't have to carry anything up and down the stairs. Fair prices ... Read more

Do not use this company. Terrible customer service. It's clean and weather controlled sure. But they have no idea how to treat people. They always charge me the first of the month. I called in June 6th because the payment still had not come out. I Told them I needed to pay June. I said it hasn't come out yet and I am worried the problem is on my end. They told me no you are paid for June this is your July payment. So I thought I was paying a month ahead. I had the been with them over a year and you have to give a 15 day notice to cancel. I trusted what their employee said. Then they called me July 6th and said they tried to process for July and payment wouldn't process. I said I was canceling storage for August 1st and said I never paid July. I explained your employee told me I had. That is on you. Refused to give me even 24 hours to get my stuff, or even pay a portion and have it out by a certain date. locked me out now I have to take bill money from other places in order to get my stuff. I suggest if you use them leave. And if you are looking for a place do not choose them. Companies have nothing without customers. ... Read more

Used to be really great. Sending me emails that my unit is unlocked and they will have to cut off my unlocked lock and restrict access. Panic, get there and nothing is wrong. They keep raising rents on the units. I rented there because the pricing was reasonable, and just get notice it's being raised by 45 dollars on one unit? That's a lot at once for storage, especially on a limited income. ... Read more

They have different storage sizes to meet your needs. I chose a 5ft deep x 10ft wide, wide and narrow made it easy to access the contents. The unit was also drive in and inside making it easy to access and out of the cold winter which was nice. The staff are very friendly. Payments can be made on-line, automated, or in person. I hate automated, I paid in person and on-line both were trivial affairs. I was able to access my unit anytime I needed something. Driving in to the building in a big full size pickup can be a bit tricky but doable; I moved most contents in a 2500 GMC Denali crew. Elevators between floors work fine. There are multiple doors. They have lots of carts so you don't have to look far. I would use them again! ... Read more

Very well priced and their units are inside so things like rodents and spiders are not an issue. I just moved my stuff from extra space storage on route 20 in auburn and when I opened my unit there were signs of rodents and spiders that had created homes in my stuff(YUCK!!! THAT'S DISGUSTING!!!). On top of that your stuff is subject to the elements of weather there. They also do NOT tell you that the price of your unit will go up about every 7-9 months by at LEAST $40 each time. It's unbelievable!! But with landmark storage units the price of my unit will not go up unless they fill all of their units, because they just built about 500 Moore units on their property and even at that point it won't go to an astronomical amount and it will stay at that price going forward. The units are inside, so they are warm in the winters and won't get terribly hot in the summers, and won't get infested with insects or rodents. The property manager is super nice too!! Last thing is that they have moving trucks that you can use (which I didn't know prior to moving my stuff this time) to move in or out of their place, but I'm unsure how much those cost!! They also have flat bed dollies and an electric fork lift style hand cart you can use when you are moving your stuff to and from your unit inside the building. So far I think they are great!!! ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Landmark Storage - 123 1st Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Landmark Storage - 123 1st Street start from $75 and can go up to $475 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
