Storage is good I'm only rating 3 stars now just in case cause if price increases it'll go to 1 star I had a storage in Goffstown NH and I paid for a 5x15 which is bigger than what I have now and I only paid $50 a month for a few years and the price never increased it stays locked in which storage units everywhere else should be locked in on the price without increasing especially I'm on low income so it's not easy to afford things especially with prices everywhere else is expensive like food, apartment rent it's crazy things shouldn't be increasing in this world with how expensive everything is now SMH ?? but I'm gonna see if this place increases too much then that's bad for business but we'll see... Another thing is add another of those big dolly there's only one... ... Read more

I called and reached Trisha (who works in Seabrook NH as well) and can not say enough about her patience and helpfulness on many questions. Great customer service makes a difference!! UPDATE: The day I occupied the storage unit I needed info by phone and help with the gate and received great service from Joe as well!! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 219 Lincoln Avenue include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 219 Lincoln Avenue start from $48 and can go up to $267 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
