Managers helped me when I couldn’t find my key and lock, it was inside my unit for months, if the managers weren’t so patient and helpful I would’ve had to buy a new lock because my unit was locked cause I didn’t have my keys and lock inside it. ... Read more

????? I had an excellent experience working with the manager Brian at Public Storage. From the very beginning, he was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained the rental process clearly, and made sure I understood all my options. The facility itself is well-kept and secure, but it was the outstanding management that really stood out. went above and beyond to make the whole process stress-free and convenient. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they provided, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage. ... Read more

Pros: So this public storage is staffed with great management Thomas and Stephenie. Always helpful and professional. CONS: Although I see them cleaning everytime i walk into facility,, the can not keep up with the current flow of customers. I.e example I come at 930 am and 30 people are gathered at door, or I hear them constantly telling people they can not lounge about all day and they are simply annoyed for being ignored.Another problem is the constant trash left around by customers...If it was not for management this place would get 0 stars and I hope the company does something to help them complete the daily difficulties, good staff is hard to find. ... Thomas is one of the best managers I have met. He is professional ,knowledgeable, and respectful, and he has helped my mother in law unit and fixed my problems in every way that no other manager could. Thomas is a hero! We had a great conversation. This location is very busy and is located in the tough neighborhood of Brockton. It takes a lot of heart to run and maintain this site. Thomas has the heart, and he is holding it down and doing a good job running this site. The place is clean and well maintained, the office smells good, and the bathroom is clean. I recommend people to rent here. I have been a property manager for different storages for many years. I love what I do. I know it is not easy what Thomas is doing, but I can tell he loves what he does. Thomas is a big asset to your company. Please take good care of him. Good manager, don't come easy. Thank you for your kindness and help. I will recommend people to rent from Thomas! Great customer service. ... Read more

Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 180 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 120 North Main Street start from $15 and can go up to $159 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
