I was in need of a storage facility between two locations and it appeared that Monroe was a good halfway point. I started researching storage options in the area. The price was excellent and the Google reviews were also good. After looking around a bit, I made some calls to check into details. From the outset, Ashley was very helpful. She actually enjoys her job and it shows with her treatment of the customers of Hawke's Nest. I was in a bit of a quandary about a flatbed utility trailer in terms of locating it nearby after unloading for a few months. I inquired about the size and access option to see if it could be stored in the two units I had rented. It wasn't able to fit. I kept the reservation and was working on locating a place for the trailer. Meantime, unbeknownst to me at the time, Ashley checked with the owner (whose name I'm sorry I do not know!) to see if there was a way to accommodate the trailer. She called back later that day and informed me that they would be gracious enough (my words, not theirs) to readily allow me to store it out of the way on the property for a short period until they expanded their storage units and needed to use that land. Any time I have had questions or needed help with connecting the app on my phone with my account or other items, they have always been friendly and eager to help resolve things. Living semi-locally, they have made it clear that if there is a unique problem or need outside of office hours that they are available then, as well. Oftentimes, it is difficult to find customer service of that caliber. Thank you, Ashley, unnamed but awesome owner, and others who make the experience a positive one for us.
