    DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I pay on time every month but an auction lock got put on my unit and on top of that, this facility IS NOT as secure as they claim because it can be accessed from the back side of the unit by any and everyone due to an OLD/FAULTY WOODEN FENCE. My unit was broken into but MAXINE (Facility Manager) claims she doesn’t know how or when so again, this facility IS NOT SECURE! The competency needed to run a facility like this is not there. I asked MAXINE what time the office opens on Saturdays and she blatantly LIED and said 9AM but in actuality they open at 10AM on Saturdays. And last but certainly not least (important to me but might be minor to others), this woman can’t say or spell my name right to save her life but all you have to do is look in the system to get the correct spelling and go to Google to ask for the proper pronunciation. ...     I have rented at least 4 units at the Kingston Road location for the past 26 years. The last one had several break ins, and the price kept increasing at a ridiculous rate. Every time they are bought out by another company they jack the rent up. The absolute worst part is that 98% of my belongings were decimated by rats. They chewed up everything they could. Everything was covered in rat urine and feces and had to be thrown away. The rats peed all over my antique furniture that belonged to my grandmother. If you value your items, and do not want them stolen from the numerous break ins or ruined by rodents, DON'T RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. They honestly don't deserve one star. I was paying $145.00 a month without knowing my stuff was being destroyed because I live out of town. I think the employees friends are leaving fake reviews. ... Read more
