Sorry James Anslem, about the service. You must be blessed that the current Covid pandemic has not affected you or any member of your family what so ever. At Star Rentals , we haven't been so lucky. We have also suffered substantial damage to key systems hardware due to multiple lightening strikes in recent months. This damage included main comp.system hard drive and mother board loss, loss of external hard drive and client backups, both telephone and fax lines, internet modem and service, 50% of access control system, 60% of CCTV system, HVAC unit for "G",climate building and a unfortunate automobile accident which resulted in totaling out company suburban and potentially loss of.life. Sorry for not answering your calls , which were only 2. During the Covid pandemic , at a time when countless people were going to lose or lost their jobs and means of making a living, we at Star Rentals decided to help out our renters by deferring rental charges to be due at a later date with no late fees assessed . By doing so giving our customers a chance to adjust to tighter budgets and unemploymemt. ... Read more
