    Over the years I have rented around 5 or 6 climate controlled storage units from Fort Knox. I'm always impressed by the cleanliness of the grounds, the helpful staff, and the security of my items. The website is user friendly and if I've ever had any questions, one phone call answered my questions quickly. Unlike other places, the staff really take the time to make sure you fully understand the rental agreement, so there are no "hidden fees" later. Any changes to schedule or billing issues are clearly posted and I always received notification beforehand in the mail. I truly feel Fort Knox is the only True climate controlled storage on the Westbank. I Highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. Keep up the great work!! ... Read more

    My family has rented from Fort Knox on & off for many years. The staff have always been very professional in every dealing any of us has had with them. Mr. Kevin & all of his staff are knowledgeable, courteous & willing to help in any way they can. The facilities are always very clean & well maintained.     I find Fort Knox employees very accommodating. The auto pay feature is a big plus in my opinion since I auto draft all my bills and I like all my bills paid on time. Devon in particular was very helpful with explaining the process and an all around nice person. She had no issues showing me the ins and outs. I fully understand that the draft may fall at different times and I may not have access at that moment but fear not I'll see my items again.     I have been a customer for quite a few years paid faithfully by bank draft every month. Go to storage unit today and it is padlocked. When my husband spoke with Devon she stated they had not received my check as they are not on electronic transmittal through banks so it is sent snail mail. Now after all these years faithfully sending the check Devon states you have to understand its a business and we need to collect the money. So now besides having my money already drafted I have to pay another monthly fee because they have not received the check by mail. Devon's response to when I asked her to hold my check to Monday because it is showing on my statement that it was paid on 11/30 was the check that I write today would be posted but the check that will be coming in the mail can be used for December's payment. Dianne would have never let this happen. I totally understand they have all types of people that rent from them but when you look at customers statements over the last few years and see they are always on time paying at least you can give them a couple of days. Devon you totally suck and I will report this to the BBB and Consumer Affairs of the Attorney Generals Office. This is totally horrible and the worse customer service ever. I have no control over the mail delivery of United States Post Office but I am being penalized for an isolated incident after I have been a customer for over 5+ years. Devon didn't give a rats ass about us being a loyal customer of this establishment. Now I have to wait to get into my storage unit until the mail comes with the check that was sent from the bank.
