    I had an amazing experience with this storage facility. The unit was extremely clean, well-maintained, and very efficient to move into.     The prices are great for a climate controlled environment for my belongings plus having a dolly and cart available truly is helping out getting things moved in quickly and efficiently. The elevator is a huge plus so I thank you. I also love the names of the hallways. I was back in today at the Country Club Facility and Brittany, the site manager, went out of her way to help me out getting a second storage unit when I explained i didn't think I'd have enough room for all my belongings. She was so kind and helpful. And knew just what I needed at the right price to fit my need and my budget.     I am writing to highly commend the manager, Brittany, at your Lake Charles Country Club Road storage facility. Our experience with her was truly exceptional, providing peace of mind and excellent service. From the moment we inquired about a unit, Brittany demonstrated superb customer service. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, making the entire rental process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Beyond the excellent personal service, I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The bathroom was absolutely spotless, which reflects a very high standard of maintenance for a storage location. What sets Brittany apart, however, was her extraordinary willingness to go above and beyond. We were moving a large volume of heavy, awkwardly-shaped boxes and plastic bins, and realized we severely underestimated the effort required. Recognizing our struggle, Brittany didn't just point to the available equipment. Instead, she immediately grabbed both a small and a large rolling cart, helped us strategically load them to maximize capacity, and personally spent nearly fifteen minutes helping us ferry the first and heaviest load directly to our unit. She stayed to ensure all the items were safely inside and secured before resuming her desk duties. This level of proactive, hands-on assistance and genuine care for the customer's burden was truly unexpected and extraordinary.     I recently used this storage facility and had an outstanding experience, all because of Brittany. It's a large facility, but she runs the entire operation on her own with remarkable efficiency and a stunning attention to detail. The place is unbelievably clean—I don't know how she manages it!
