    The facility is clean and the workers are really nice. I am disheartened though because we accidentally sent a payment twice a couple of times leaving us a couple of months ahead on our bill. When we emptied our unit and closed our account, University Self Storage said they could not issue a refund for our overpayment. A couple hundred dollars they just get to keep.     I have worked with this storage facility for years. Nice office staff. Clean facility. Spacious elevator to upper floors. Dollies, carts and other moving tools available for use in the facility. Restroom on site available for use. Climate controlled spaces. Large. Nice amount of space with a lot of vertical space as well. Would recommend to anyone.
